Starship - Separable Hot-Stage Ring & Updated Super Heavy | KSP

- Just a quick one here as I'm currently editing a better video with some clips using new camera tools within the game to make some more "cinematic" scenes.
Super Heavy now has the full 33x engines, a separable hot-stage ring and increased stability.
The keen-eyes among you may notice the middle ring of SH's engines is throttled back, this is due to this launch being under-fuelled. Also Starship suffered an extremely steep re-entry(bad trajectory and not enough fuel to adjust; next video has a perfect angle of re-entry though thankfully lol)

Should I include Telemetry Data in future videos?
Let me know your thoughts🙌❤
yeas
this looks insane
Thank you🙏

just subbed because of this amazing creation, i love the telemetry UI, looks so cool, also nice starship and superheavy model, are they stock?
Wow thank you for the kind words!🙌 I'm glad you like the UI and some parts are stock but other parts like the main tanks and wings are done via procedural parts mods and the grid fins through Kerbal Reusability Expansion mod, I try to stick to either stock or my own "customised/procedurally made" parts but some make more sense being a simple mode; like the grid fins😅💯
@@KyberGaming47 ah yes pretty cool, ye you should paint your parts using TURD mod.
@@BlueAerospace236 I will have a look into that thank you!👌
love it
the flaps should not be moving like that
During re-entry or just before it hits the water or both? Haha, Yeah I too notice Starships flaps are usually relatively stiff during re-entry and when vertical, the reason mine move are due to the flaps being tied directly to the pitch control range and that allows me to simply disable flap control, I might try get into habit of disabling them during these times if you reckon it will look more like the real thing, though I am kinda into the dynamic flaps as it does extremely improve control during re-entry though after the main landing flip I too see no reason for the flaps to be moving as it lowers itself to the surface😅💯
