How medal event is judged:
1 heat of 10 athletes participating in a 36 minute jam session taking as many :30 second runs as possible within the timeframe. Best run counts, scored 1 - 100. Judges will score competitors throughout the contest.

I am astonished that a 9 year old is spinning 540's and going for 720 in a competition, these Lil shredders are making me (an early 80's skater) very very proud of the sport. I was 16 when I done my first frontside 180 on quarter pipe, and that was something special. Wow to all the progression.

Wish we got to the the podium. Mizuho is one of the raddest female skateboarders ever and since she didn't qualify for the Olympics and didn't get a medal in park I really wanted to see her get a podium. She deserved it.
