How medal event is judged:
1 heat of 10 athletes participating in a 20 minute jam session, taking as many runs within the time frame. Best trick wins, with the athletes ranked 1 - 10. Judges will rank competitors throughout the contest.

Yes, please do. It cuts off with Jimmy in the lead with less than 10 minutes to go, and if it ended like that, I'd still be upset that it cut off. Seeing as the lead changed after that I'm just sad.

Moto deserved the gold really. He practically nailed it on his last try anyways and then went right back up and did it again totally clean. Gui should've said, let's split it. That was one of the most insane comps I've ever seen. The amount of energy was unreal.
Gui is not humble at all, really sad to see that on a kid. Gold medal is for Moto, unbelivable trick he did, I think is harder than doing a 1080, because doing a 1080 you just need speed and rotate like a fan, easier than what we saw at ehe end of contest
Humble? He is the winner. Imagine you trainning all days for this day and give gold medal for anyone when you WIN

I know these guys do this for a living so he can't afford to officially give the spot up, but I would have no issue giving Moto the medal, dude killed it 💯💯
Vert should be in the Olympics - it’s far easier for the general public to appreciate, while at the same time offering so much technicality for aficionados.
What a bummer lol how many times has Gui won best trick or gold for dong 900s? respect that he can do them but it makes for a very boring best trick or vert competition in general when the same trick keeps winning
Until someone else does it fakie or does something with more shock value, thats judging for ya. Our opinions dont mean much unfortunately but tbh a 900 is a 900. Its not easy. Thats why theres single digits of people who do them and it can win a contest
Nobody landed anything better, Moto's trick would have won but he didn't land it in time, he only landed it when they let him do another go after the event was over.
I mean you gotta award it to the hardest trick right? I guess it is called Best Trick and not Hardest Trick, but I personally I think the hardest trick should win. Moto would have won if they counted his last run.

Gui did body varial 900 and the 9 year old did alley oop 900. Which to me should've won gold or at least silver. Especially considering he also landed it twice
