A product/service's ability to fully satisfy a prospective customer' needs.
Pleasant feelings
A prospective customer’s perception towards a product or service. This can either be negative or positive.
Purchase
When a prospect chooses whether or not to buy the proposed solution (product).
Satisfaction
The customer’s judgment of the product/service after they have bought and used it.
