Paul Lieberstein (who plays Toby) was too busy writing and being an executive producer for the show. That's why Paul, Mindy Kaling and BJ Novak were never the main characters since they did a lot more behind the scenes.
It's funny that Michael move him to the annex because he spend a lot time talking to Jim (he was probably jealous, when he tries to start a conversation with Jim, it usually fizzles out), and now seeing him bonding with Dwight makes me think he was supposed to be the bridge between those two, Michael is indeed the maker of chaos.
Um, what about it do you want to talk about? Maybe the fact that you don't yet understand women can be over 6'2"? So let's talk about you being really ignorant then we can talk about her. That work? 😂🤣🤣

He wasn’t wrong here. Daryl was being a total scumbag and his butch sister tried intimidating him even though he was well within his right to file a complaint.
The best part about this is that for a moment Toby goes crazy and Dwight is the sane one hahahha. I mean the way Dwight whispers "Toby" in the car after he yells is just gold. You can see he did not see that coming. Also the way he was worried Toby was hurt was really cute.
Honestly it feels nice that in episodes we see Toby does have a life outside of the Office and isn't hated by everyone and isolated. I mean he went to the retreat with the other managers instead of Michael. Hopefully him being miserable is only restricted to the office cuz yes its a comedy show but its so depressing after seeing the show multiple times. Also out of personal experience being stuck in a similar situation, where for a time I realised that I was like Toby irl, which is the last person I thought I was like.
JohnPwnsOldschool Sometimes there’s a lot of work to do at once, or you have some workers out on sick/vacation leave, and you have to have the foreman pitch in.
At 2:03 you can see the scratches on dwights bumper and the pop-up headlight not going down all the way from when he hit the pole going to get Michael and his burned foot
Speaking from someone who has Swedish heritage, I find Dwight's comment uncalled for. Nothing against you or anything, but I still find it wrong because we all know Sweden is NOT communist. Dwight obviously doesn't know that. The line though was hilarious. Tack (Thank you in Swedish). 🇺🇸🇸🇪
also, judging by what I can see of the nose and the radiator, the locomotive is most likely a GEVO Tier 2, or a GE dash-9 'toaster' And horn sound cant really be used to tell what type of locomotive it is since you can generally mount several types of horns on a given locomotive.
I'm pretty sure this is the most Toby has and will ever care about his job
Not as much as Dwight shooting the gun in the office and he was able to fill out new forms

It is Scranton after all.

I'm pretty sure the guy died falling off a ladder. And i'm pretty sure Tobey killed him and made it look like he fell off that ladder

Doing ferroequniology in a building to slaughter the equine, I see what Dwight did there.
Dwight and Toby must have known about Darryls history as a car thief in Brooklyn aka the Pontiac Bandit.

Toby only has one goal in life and will stop at nothing to accomplish it: do as little paper work as possible.
The look Dwight gives @ 4:07 had me in hysterics!
Toby: "I'd love to take a look at that..."
That's what she said.
That Darryl impression was flawless
I know everyone loves Dwight but, the ladder could have easily ended up on top of Darryl. He falls off, it falls on him. Easy.
