You can get anything you want in a modular home. A modular home is the same as a site built home by law and by construction. Modular homes can be any size or style. There are even modular shopping centers, offices, and skyscrapers now.

I would want the stone face on the fireplace to go all the way up and a set of Windows in the back bedroom.absolutely love the kitchen and the dining area with the door in center and Windows on either side. I prefer a door to a slider since the track in the sliders get very dirty. And my existing lace drapes would look beautiful on each side window. This home is fantastic and moved into my favorites. Has all of my requirements and space too. The duel closets in the master were great and that bath room very nice and loved that shower it has my actual choice for the shower floor and the transom window up high for light is so nice. This home is done almost to my specs with color and I too only like the carpet in the bedrooms anymore. I have too many animals and I spill stuff now that I'm disabled. So easy to clean floors is a must in the living area. Thanks for showing this home. I'd buy it in a second if it were available in my area and I had land already to go.
I absolutely love, love the color of this kitchen, but was very surprised to not see a microwave! What I love about this house the most is the master suite is NOT directly off the living room, which I've seen a lot within these type of homes....what a Beautiful house!
That is a great layout especially with the fireplace yes, and you can always put in the tub area Jets for the tub, for hard working men yes and I think it's perfect yes, and if someone was getting married this winter that would be very easy to put on their lot yes and the rooms are big enough so if the couple has triplets there's plenty of room for three cribs surprise yeah sending you peace and love joy and light 🙏🤝🌈🌏🌏🌍💟💟💗💗💌✨

Someday my 75yo mom will have a home of her own! (Emphasis on her home). She raised 2 girls alone. We lost my sister in 1990. My mom spent the last 7yrs of mt gmas life caring for her. She lived to the be 99.5 and what an amazing woman ❤ Now it's my moms time to enjoy her own home💞 Would LOVE to own something like this. She would have her side and I would have mine. Love the bathrooms and colors. Showers are amazing! The kitchen has a bunch of cabinets but really hate there is no pantry. I LOVE butlers pantries. I also prefer master bedroom closet access be through the bathroom not in the bedroom. The closet isnt a deal breaker but the pantry is.

This is a very nice home. I'm glad that there are two closets near the kitchen that could be used as a pantry. I'd gladly give up some space in the kitchen, reconfigure a bit differently to have a walk-in pantry. For me that is the one glaring amenity that is missing in a house like this. Also, minor issue, but I would change the line of sight for the primary bedroom door and the bathroom doors. With open doors, you can see straight into the tub. Private areas should be very private.
Love the building styles of your homes. Are floor plans adjustable? Such a large upscale house, deserves a butlers pantry and large den. Curious about delivery cost to Eastern New Mexico, I40 corridor. Will be in NOLA in June. May plan day trip to your site.
One of the closets in the master bedroom could easily be converted into a home office the other closet i do not know about other people but i think it is cool to be able to separate your fall /winter clothing from your spring/summer clothing all in one closet. This home is really nice too. I hate tubs i can use them i am disabled if i got down i would have to stay down for a long time it would be way better to have a large walk in shower with a bench for sitting down that would be way better. I hate carpet in homes no carpets at all i have bad allergies.
You should come review the homes at American Living inc. they build modular homes in Jenison, MI. I know there’s also a mobile home builder called Preferred Homes in Grand Rapids, MI
No carpet for me. For me would move sink to long cabinet wall so can put door to a added garage. Definitely add screened in porch and have all windows able to open. Pot filler not needed, I use only filtered water to cook with. Master shower heads to same wall do less pipe breakage issues.
It's impossible to answer. Your best bet is to find the website of the manufacturer and see if it can be purchased in your area. If it can be then you'll find set up, hauling, county tax, etc
@@davidpayne2469 maybe in Canada or England. You're wrong about the price. In most of the US it would not cost 20k for a foundation. I was raised by a real estate agent. I've got a good grasp on all type home prices. Also mobile homes don't need a foundation just underpinning/anchoring down/bricking. My daughter and son in law just closed on a modular and it was nowhere near that much. Lastly this mobile home isn't 300k base price

This is the ONLY mobile/modular home I've seen with a gas stove! That alone sells me on this house!

Tile needs to go all the way to the ceiling in the shower to prevent eventual water damage. Plus it doesn’t look like a cheap shortcut.
