I will be seeing this in person today or tomorrow. Bought a 3000 Sq ft triple wide and an acre in the country...started the process in February and FINALLLLYYY today or tomorrow is being delivered to site!! So excited!
Oh how nice it would have been to have a remote and a translift when I was moving mobile homes. Instead we had I-beams, rollers, and 12 ton bottle jacks lol
The first 12 minutes I thought this was a modular house going in, and wondered why they would roll it in instead of using a crane? Hour and a half with a crane and you're done, without all the twisting and racking of the house. Then at 13 minutes I saw the trailer tongue on he ground, OH, it's a manufactured house and the steel trailer frame stays with it.
@@405DCFL nowadays they take them off. I can remember lots of times pulling the skirting off and finding the wheels and axles in place. Tires dry rotten and the electric breaks rusted beyond use.
@@HomesDirect1 ; thanks just don't understand the complete roof line , During the assembly of the units it looked like each unit had its own roof , now this looks different , why is that ?
@@HomesDirect1 ; married in center ? Will review video again thank you. My mistake Center unit has the roof pike and is joined at the left and right side . No more confusion . Thanks for your replies .

Hi, how are you liking your home?
This is absolutely amazing. When the third section was backed into place I could not not not not believe that driver would be able to get it in!!!
This my 'adult dream' nice manufactured home in the middle of the woods.
This was nerve wracking and exciting at the same time! I wish I could see the final result!
instablaster
WOW!!! Some excellent driving!!
Incredible patience and skill!

You guys are superheroes! 😀
olala faut pas se louper !! EXCELLENT !! Salutations de France !
hopefully these folks bought a lot of land around their new house. The surrounding area looks pretty industrial.
Amazing..u folks r incredibly talented..Great job..Id hire you All any day!
Wow, thank you!
where can I buy?????
Go to our website at www.thehomesdirect.com and give your closest location a call!
Does mobile home company's do the land preparation also
No, not usually.
Awesome idea
Very Impressive! The translift looks handy. Have you tried the Jade 2000 for steering the trailer?
Your Triple Wide is ready.
Wow 😲 I was in shock 😅
It’s it better to install on a slab rather then dirt? Or does it matter just wondering about to buy land and a double wide
Concrete is generally better but on compacted dirt or a road base pad is still a good way to setup a hood as well.
Was the concrete foundation on the land built by the same home dealership or by a different separate general land contractor?
We hired a contractor to do the foundation.
@@HomesDirect1 Who is the contractor?
@@HomesDirect1 does adding a foundation make the home more secure?
Absolutely.
Oh how nice it would have been to have a remote and a translift when I was moving mobile homes. Instead we had I-beams, rollers, and 12 ton bottle jacks lol
That’s a tight squeeze
Damn! Great tool
Will pier and beam be installed under home or is that stem wall actually acting as foundation and supporting home?
Piers are installed under the home and the home is anchored down to the stem wall.

When moving/installing your trailer costs more than your trailer....
I would love to know the dimensions on this house! 💙
It’s 40’x60’
@@HomesDirect1 thank you
What might happen if the units weren't installed and sat for 2 months on their carriers? Structural issues possible?
why not put trailer attachments on both ends (like R&R) on the trailer so the truck doesn't have to backup. do you understand?
Ptty that they donot show the plan and the finishing touch meanin when the owner moved in ..
Good. What's the price?
What is the price. Range?
two fiddy
Amazing..
I wish someone in Europe would start supplying this type of building ...... the combinations are endless.
The reason why they don't is because buildings in Europe are made to last. A hundred year old building in the states is "very old".
profecionales donde estan y cuanto sale una asi redy para vivir la ponen en tampa o en ocala
Who was the contractor that did the land preparation and foundation?
Tetris in real life
Music made it stressful.
Do the trailering wheels stay on home if it has a foundation ? Or are they some how removed after installation?
The tires and axels are always removed regardless if it’s going on a foundation or a soft set.
No not allways some pepole leave them on just the tires come off. You can get a lot of money for the axles
@@405DCFL nowadays they take them off. I can remember lots of times pulling the skirting off and finding the wheels and axles in place. Tires dry rotten and the electric breaks rusted beyond use.
Why do they do the middle section last? You'd think it would be easier to place the middle section first or second.
The ramp over the foundation was in the middle, the middle section would've blocked the last piece from being driven over the ramp.
That music sucked , would have like to have seen more on the ground level then in the air , I did this for 15 years interesting work
Wow!!!
dont know where this is, but i hope they never have to clean snow off that roof with all those things sticking out.
Finish the video, we want to see it completed that means all of it .
Here are some pics of it completed:

@@HomesDirect1 ; thanks just don't understand the complete roof line , During the assembly of the units it looked like each unit had its own roof , now this looks different , why is that ?
Nothing changed, the three sections were married together. Nothing changed on the roof line.
@@HomesDirect1 ; alright , but now it looks like one complete roof one on left one on the right and joined in the middle?

.
I remember doing that with steel beams and rollers. That almost seems like cheating.
Yep I agree with you on that!
Yay, happy for you.😂
