I keep watching this video, which is very rare. I love the layout, love the windows, and having the stone finish on the outside is such a huge improvement vs regular skirting. I would love to see a added features in master bedroom, a big fireplace with mantel and cutout area for very large tv, French doors leading out to a covered patio deck, or have wrap around porch with the master bedroom porch section enclosed in case of rainy days. Otherwise this is a perfect home. Absolutely beautiful.

Home is where your heart is❤. My auntie lives in manufactured home and it's beautiful. She is always remodeling and redecorating. I'm gonna be able to get me one in the next five years. The one in this video is one I would love to have😁.

Nailed it on that master bedroom! I don't know why this isn't more common in average homes. You mention it in the video, but it's useful no matter what phase of life you or your family happen to be in. Great spot for a baby crib and infant essentials; my youngest's crib took up so much of my room but was never even slept in. lol It would've been amazing to set up a mini nursery instead. It's also perfect for a toddler bed, too, to get through those nights or years when they're still afraid to sleep in their own bedroom.
Any phase after that, it's the perfect place for a "get away" spot: small home office, reading nook, an extra TV corner, or even just a decorative seating area. Or for unforeseen events, such as an elderly or disabled family member, etc who you aren't comfortable sleeping away from. Would have been great for a couple I know; the wife was on hospice for ~2 years before she passed in early January. I took care of her for the last 18 months of those 2 years. :( They have a beautiful 3 bedroom home, but the rooms are so small that he slept apart from her and had to use a baby monitor.
Anyway, I just wanted to point out the obvious-- more bedroom space would be fabulous and useful for most people, regardless of age/ circumstance!
Front porch is awesome. Use tall cabinets for counters and tall elongated toilets in ALL bathrooms. Kitchen all white - Brown can be option. NO linolium - wood, vinyl plank, or ceramic tile for any hard floors. Nice quality cabinets. 9 foot ceilings good. Transom windows excellent!
Put a small transom in any closet that you can. Quality of fixtures you used is wonderful.
PLEASE suggest to the manufacturers the use of Pocket doors. Especially in smaller rooms and in master beds /master baths. I like privacy .

no worries.. a lot of folks haven't seen the new construction standards and haven't been exposed to the type of product that we produce. It's a lot like basing opinions on a car that is 20 years old. I appreciate your comments and glad to see you have an open mind.

I think that anyone would be proud to live in a home this beautiful. The fact that it's "manufactured" doesn't matter, so long as the construction is up to par.
I agree with you Nigel. I mean aren't all homes "manufactured"? Whether it comes in already built not exposed to the elements or built from the foundation up one board at a time and possibly getting rained on, snowed on or whatever.
Wow this home hits so many of my must haves. Love that kitchen design and the master suite. So nice. I really like the porch and entry.

I love it when you show a home w/o people being in it. You don't hang in one area to long and people aren't in the way.
This is beautiful in every way!!!! The only thing I would change is they could have made the sitting room off the master bedroom smaller to make the front porch wider.
This is a beautiful home. It would be perfect for myself, my daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandsons. I've never seen a manufactured home with such detail and features that are usually reserved for foundation built homes

I would love to have this home . However I would have to change out the cabinets too dull. How about white real wood with a China rail on top .it is one beautiful home
Why is the master bedroom always on the front of the house? I would love my bedroom on the back side of the home.
I live in Jacksonville Florida an I never seen a manufactured home this Beautiful.

I have a home set up with the same layout. My mother needed help and moved in.
I placed a door at the kitchen / "kids room" doorway.
That room is now her TV room, her office to the left and the other room for her bed.
Also she has a private bath!
I have my office off the master and still have a guest room with the house bath next to them.
This layout is the most versatile I could find, very happy with it !!!

Yes, Beautiful home but I would suggest putting the oven right next to the stove, and the cabinets next to the oven, in between the oven and the small kitchen wall. I know that the paint on the wall would heat up from the oven being on and the door opening - not a good thing. The home otherwise is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I am a huge fan of the pre-fab homes. Thank you for showing it!

Those that give thumbs down are those who think of manufactured/modular homes as “trailers”. But I must say that if I’m going to pay $190+K for a home, it certainly isn’t going to be a manufactured or modular home. You may say that more per square foot can be gotten..... At over $190,000, I want a built from the ground home. We lived in a mobile home/ manufactured home for over ten years, that’s enough for me. It is beautiful though.

Always pre-treat your ground for termites before placing a home to your site.

So long as the home is a double wide or more, you can do a VA loan. Already checked into this type of loan. We have never used our benefit, so we check it out.

My goodness!! This is a spectacular home! I always think of where I would want my bedroom. I change some things up in my mind. The two bedrooms with the kid area, I would turn into a second master-ish and put a hallway through the fourth bedroom and put two or three large bedroom (thinking for teens or adults) to increase the size and comfort. You really have designed this home to be well thought out. Great style choices and staged nicely. Thank you for sharing :)
Trailer is so cool. They are beautiful no matter what happen to the house. The trailer I'm living in now is my second one. 😉
Gloria Davis This home is BEAUTIFUL! We have been in our manufactured soluble wide home about 2300 sq feet. It is my husband, daughter, myself and my mom. It is so big it is literally two homes in one. My daughter and mom live on one end, my husband and I the other🤣There end even has a den w/ a kitchenette. I live it SOOO much. I thank God for our blessing every day🙏🏽🙏🏽Blessings to u

I love your home it's very beautiful and I love the way the bricks looks. I'm so glad that you pointed out all the details about the trim around inside the closet and that beautiful gorgeous and the washing machine in the dryer go there's so much room I just love that can't never get enough room to work around when you're in the laundry room and the brick around that kitchen just makes it whole kitchen just pop out it is gorgeous and I love those doors out coming in and out the house that's a big plus for me and the way the outside looks makes it look like a home like you said

Well thought out and put together family home
That is a beautiful home! Things I would change to make it to suit me, I would make all the cabinets white, the kitchen floor would be a gray, the blue carpet would be changed to a light gray, I would put Jets in the tub for sure, and the cabinets in the bathroom would be white. Wish I could afford something like this.
Gail Smiley. I thought the same about the cupboards being white. Would give a cleaner, more updated look and more spacious looking. Those dark cupboards are outdated looking and darken the room. I hate the drive being all the way over to the side.
5512......Really "Liked" The STONE Fireplace !!! They Definitely NEED To "Take-Out", ALL The Metal-Strip's, In ALL The Home's, And Turn The Carpet "UNDER", Or Inside, Where The Room's Divide. Whatever They NEED To Do !!! Those Metal-Strip's, Just CHEAPEN The Whole " LOOK," And "CLASS" Of The Home's. Just "Trying To "HELP" !!!
Karen Ley... I agree. Also the carpet was very poorly installed. Not all the trim was painted very neatly either. For the money I'd want perfection. Just saying.....
The home is very beautiful. I too would want a front porch a little wider, and I'd put down vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen is so beautiful! I am just not a fan of that flooring at all...but to each their own. I'd put down vinyl plank flooring throughout. I agree that some of the transitions were a little roughshod. So yes, paying a big price would want everything done down to last detail! But, the home is gorgeous and flows very nicely! I would happily move right in!
We need a solar option save on electric
The home is built with extra insulation, thermal windows, Solar shield roof decking is also available. I'm sure a local contractor could provide solar panels if that is something you'd like to look into.
Love this home. The only thing I would change would be to have a walk in shower.
There is one in the Master bathroom. Gary walked in it when the person showing the home was talking about the height of the shower head. I personally prefer the shower hear to be lower so I can reach it. I’m only 5 feet tall.
