@@teeonefifteen5944 Ok I'll explain better, anyone crazy enough to put cucumber in ceviche obviously has defective tastebuds and/or brain, so I cannot trust anything they add is correct. Finding a recipe without it means I found a good base from a non psychopath so I can adjust from there.
