    Burnout has been real this year. I got diagnosed last week and these podcasts have been helpful. Working on my selfcare now.

      Give yourself a big pat on the back for pursuing diagnosis and getting the help you need--especially during these crazy times. Be kind to yourself as you adjust to your new "awareness"-some of my clients go through a bit of a roller coaster after diagnosis (it can even resemble the stages of grief for some). I'm so glad you're finding the podcast helpful!

    It's time to make your body & mind a priority. Give yourself permission to rest. Nourish yourself. Take a breath in & Stretch the corners of your mouth up to soak this truth in. May all your worries wash away and you find pockets of peace throughout your day!

      Absolutely, Dr Liz! It's not an easy thing for so many of us with ADHD, but it's really critically important--especially now! Self-care is NOT Self-ish!!

    Realizing my burnout has enabled me to take a step back and increase my self care. So positive to be aware of burnout

    Burned out from a former job and took 4 months to recover. Now work at a better less stressful workplace. Yeah there are still those who cause trouble still the usual workplace gossip and other things that go along with workplace but I stay away from them and do my job. I can get the job done at my own pace as long as the job gets done and there's no you're serious reprimand from supervisors they are fine but now 6 weeks in their position and I'm learning and advancing quickly.

    thank y’all so much. i’m a college student and this is my second time experiencing burnout this school year (it’s always at the end of the semester!😭😂). i really enjoyed this episode, it’s made me feel hopeful again.😊

    I can't finnish anything on time if even at all and I get tired so easily whenever I've been focusing or thinking for too long.

    I didn’t realize my ADHD was kicking in like crazy then thought OHHHH YEAHHH..... realized I’m experiencing burnout which is correlated with ADHD. Just subbed, looking forward to more content. Thank you sooo much!!
