To setup for corn on any combine...setup the top sieve the size of the big kernels on the butt of the cob. That size all the way to the back. The bottom wide open and slow the fan speed down because the airspeed will increase dramatically doing this. Then it's concave until the cobs are whole and ground speed until there's kernel loss from overloading the cylinder.

Tighten chains in corn head use some old used engine oil on gathering chains.

I would stick to raising beans your losing a lot of corn by letting it get full like that
