6:20 that is called a breakdown and is the nastiest thing in metal. The bands put up the speed, building up the hype and then they "break it down" with a very slow and heavy rythm/beat! Great reaction! :D

You should check out Altering the Future by Death. It’s amazing from an instrumental and lyrical standpoint and if you don’t mind harsh vocals those are awesome too. I understand how people who don’t listen to metal can see harsh vocals as being unpalatable but I love how open you go into this man! Good shit!
