He's Got some very good observative points, but is not always the black man's fault, the accountability has to go both ways when creating unions. There is an agenda but what's the solution?.

The solution needs to be multi pronged
Stop subsidizing father absence
Encourage (subsidize) marriage for adults
Put God (at least as part of the discussion) back in school and stop teaching we are the product of random chance
Stop teaching victimhood, racism (CRT) and gender confusion in school
