I even saw Jon VIlma as a young kid walking on campus at that time and sending him prayers for the game and beyond. I missed that because people cared back then...I have lost that enthusiasm because the school administration has lost theirs for the past 20 years. The parents of current kids on the team get mad at the fans but they don't understand, it not the kids its the leaders, because we have live through the standards of greatness for this program. The results of mediocrity every year will wear the best of us down, we should at least challenge for the Coastal Conference every year.
Senior leadership is everything. Freshmen need to show up and have the fear of god in them when entering the locker room. I'm not talking hazing, but just being intimidated by the greatness of the upperclassmen. It's healthy for the young guys to see what greatness looks like. Looking for day 1 playing time is a huge mistake. If a freshman beats you out as a senior, that's a problem too.
Every since we hot embarrassed by LSU in the Peach Bowl, it's been all down hill n to many downs than ups. But you cant have folks who don't care about athletics running the sports team

I remember being on campus to buy a dozen tickets for my coworkers and their kids because of my passion for this team back in the early 2000s,This was for a game against Pitt Panthers and the great Larry Fitzgerald.
Cheap Donna started hiring Cheap coaches. You get what you pay for!! Now its going to take a lot to fix it!!
What Manny was forced to put in the freshman due to injuries if not he would have kept in upper classman that weren't performing well
FSU destroyed them
Senior leadership is everything.
Well said!
Every since we hot embarrassed by LSU in the Peach Bowl, it's been all down hill n to many downs than ups. But you cant have folks who don't care about athletics running the sports team
There’s just no way a small private school can ever go back to the mountaintop in this college football landscape again…especially with that stadium situation
Disagree. The Canes play in an NFL stadium good enough for Super Bowls and CFB National Championship Games. If the Canes are winning the stadium is a noisy and rowdy as any. Go back and watch the highlights from VT and ND games from a few seasons ago. The stadium is not a problem. Never was.
Not true.
Gene I’ve been to those games agreed
