Nice I did mine awhile ago and i used another brand and i didnt have to cut that much i still use the main clips and such but your limited on the H1 LED's until i found "CAR ROVER Car Headlight Seal Dustproof Cover" they have a step down rubber seal so you can use the bigger LED's I also recommend a capacitor in your system for the LED so you dont get the flicker when idling
I just replaced the LED bulbs in my stock headlights, and I am very happy them. However, I just installed some projector beam style headlights on my CJ7, and I am impressed! This one has the low beam as projectors...has me intrigued... Please show us a night shot of their performance, Thank you!
I have led bulbs in my white trucks stock housings currently, I plan on doing a comparison vid so keep an eye out for that one… still need to adjust these guys.
Haha, they do take blinker fluid😂. Seems all one piece headlines vs the two, you have to cut away. I feel pretty dumb been fineggling mine pass couple hours on my 2000 excursion. Thank you for the enlightenment on the grill and the cutaway, you rock🤘
Ha… still looking good after about 6 months but it’s in the garage. Plan is to have bajaledretrofits put his projectors in them… yes they aren’t as nice as those you listed but I really like the look
Have you noticed any issues with tapping into the side maker light for the DRL’s? I need to do mine as well here shortly and want to make sure I don’t need to add a fuse or something like that.
You can purchase an 05+ header panel made to fit those lights for your nicer truck, definitely worth looking into
Yes I did know that. But isn’t the grill taller? I was assuming with the taller grill the header panel was also taller.
I did this to mine and the one I bought was so flimsy. When I do it again I’ll 100% trim the oem panel
@@gobignmya Lights are good quality so that's great for the price of them!
Thought about doing that to mine .GREAT know how video
Ya worth doing but also lots of cutting

Glad to help!!!! Ya there’s a ton that needs to be removed but fit good after!
Nicely done!! Would love to see how they shine at night.
Once I adjust them I’ll try to get some visuals
Could you give more explanation on what "customer access wires are?
Ya I need to make a video on it… keep an eye out for it soon, I was stoked to finally find them!
When those headlights start to leak and oxidize in a few months.... Get the alpharex nova or lux LED units.

What front bumper is that?
It’s a modified version of affordable off roads bumper, search bumper on this channel and you can see what I’ve done to it.
Do the projectors have the cutoff line to prevent blinding on coming traffic?
Yes they do, still need to adjust them but it’s a nice line.
What bumper is that?
Affordable off road, but modified a bit

I just used the plugs, got power from the ACC 12v that’s under the dash. They no longer function at side markers. But no issues
You can't be hanging out with Jeeps! Gotta find other Excursion buddies. You can't pass that EX off as a jeep. Just won't work buddy boy. haha
Haha they still haven’t noticed I just tell them it’s a jkxl🤪
