Dr. Susan E. Brown has a channel where she teaches about minerals and exercises that can help to prevent and even reverse Osteoporosis without depending on Estrogen. A good starting point is to make sure you get plenty of Magnesium. Please check out Dr. Brown's channel if you are worried about Osteoporosis and can't take Estrogen (or don't want to).

Video is really important, and especially the ideas concerning reverse osteoporosis. Another resource I also found helpfull for anxiety postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment was Renkarter Expert Osteo Report - it should be on Google if you need it

Nicely done. Indeed, the risk of osteoporosis heightened after menopause. How to fight the risk?

Lezan lol actually there are some ways to make it less severity. One of those, estrogen replacement therapy for menopausal female with osteoporosis, other medication is Raloxifine which used for breast cancer in addition. All of these treatments mustn’t be taken before counseling your family physician.

HRT, resistance training (muscle loss AKA sarcopenia tends to occur alongside bone loss), weight bearing exercise, diet, supplements, etc.
