This video features the CLA45s AMG which is one of the AMG performance versions of the Mercedes CLA. My car is the 2022 CLA45s AMG Coupe but you can also get the CLA45s AMG Shooting brake or even the A45s Hatch back.
The CLA45s gives you that great AMG sound from the AMG performance and also the luxury of a Mercedes Benz

I’m an ex Mercedes tech and FYI, fine particle filter is another name for a cabin/pollen filter ( usually referred to as a combination filter in Mercedes language ) and battery will be for the remote key. They two items are part of the B service. If you have any other questions I’d be more than happy to answer. Cheers,

Hey Lewis, thank you so much for sharing that all makes sense! Great they change the battery in the fob. I was confused by the particle filter thinking it was to do with the OPF! All great info to know :)
Hi Adam, another interesting video thanks. My CLA 45s is the same age as yours and I've just had my B service too, the only difference is that I took out a 4 year service plan when I bought the car and I pay a fixed £40 per month for the duration which I thought was excellent value. I would think overall our costs will be similar. Happy motoring and look forward to your next video, regards Francis

Greeting s from Australia. I have had my CLA 45s now for only five weeks so still exploring its features. Like you, it has been a challenge to be patient and docile during the 1500km running in period. It sure does have some instant power even in C mode. It is the best car I have owned, even better than my C63. Somebody said to me, "its got sole", that's why it is so much fun to drive. Any chance of giving consideration for a video on the setup method for personalising I mode? John

Do you have any issues with the ground clearance? Read over the www that sometimes it is a little to low for city conditions.

Thanks. Ground clearance has been great, closest I've had is a really high speed bump where I heard a noise but turns out it was just the little rubber barrier under the front brushing which protects the undertray. So overall really good so far 👍

Did your little change of the exhaust affect your warranty do you know?
Hey Mo! I can never say for certain but Mercedes have been amazing with my warranty so far I took the car in for creeks and they replaced parts with no issues at all. They even said my dash cam install might of been the cause for one of the creeks but they were happy to fix it on warranty. They went above and beyond and even replaced the fuel cap mechanism because they thought it was a bit slow, not something I've ever noticed myself! So, so far so good!

Battery is in your key they replace it but you can buy them for £1 each 🤷🏻

Ah! I asked them not to wash it that's why it was quite dirty on collection :) On my paperwork it had a big red note saying “do not wash”. They are good if you ask them nicely not too.
