Mercedes Benz GL450 Oil Change Reset. Full Service Could Not Be Carried Out

Hi guys. I am having an issue doing oil change reset on this Mercedes Benz GL450
The video shows the steps I take to get to the reset and what happens after I try to clear all the data.
After I press confirm on Full Service full service I get this error message “full service cannot be carried out.
If someone out there has some info on why this isn't working I would greatly appreciate your input. As you see on the screen, there are three oil change interval reminders. I was successful in clearing about 4 of these, but the three that are showing, I’m not able to clear.

Hi when you turnd on your mercedes it sound's like a tiking sound like a lifter if im correct on that i have a mercedes gl 450 that sounds the same did you fix it any ideas on what it is?

Mine was doing that. Had to reset a few times then cleared them all out

What did you reset? Mine is doing the same thing it’s not letting me reset the oil
