- This video provides an overview of the steps required to install the new style Rear Fender Rack on a URAL sidecar motorcycle. This rack is compatible ONLY with the URAL 2/3 seat. This rack should fit all 1WD and 2WD URAL Motorcycles excluding Retro Models. Older URAL models may require locating and drilling for the front mounting holes. This video is for entertainment purposes ONLY and is not intended to be instructional. URAL Motorcycles recommends any service or repair be performed by an authorized URAL dealer or service center.

What are those black, plastic plugs you put in the open holes? Are they included Ural parts, or are they from a hardware store? Thanks!
I absolutely adore that green color on the bike! I don't see that on the website; is it available, or was it just a one-off?
Is that little spark arrester on muffler?
Yes, this was a sample exhaust GPR provided for testing on the 2022 and newer models with the new center stand. GPR's production version uses a silencer similar to the aftermarket exhaust kits we have offered for older models.
@@davidwaynegeorge2292 You have a bad muffler. I'm going to make myself a nice stainless steel muffler next year. To do this, I bought an Everlast 255 ext AC/DC tig welding machine. Silencer from Prof. Gordon Blair "Design and simulation off four-stroke engines". In the book it is called a "laminar flow muffler" opening in the muffler through a narrow ring gap. Motorcyclist and professor Gordon Blair looked at this muffler from the 1974 development of the English engineer and motorcyclist Goffrey Ernest Roe. And for designing a muffler, I bought the book ""Design Techniques for Engine Manifolds: Wave Action Methods for Ic Engines" 1999, D. Winterbone, R. Pearson. And I will also use the program to simulate the engine. Lotus engine simulator from Lotus enginering
Do these fit with the light protectors?
Yes, both the rear fender and sidecar luggage racks will fit with the light protectors. I mounted both on a different shop bike placing the light guards on top of the luggage rack mounting points.
