- In this video we replace the older style spare tire luggage rack with the new heavy duty version. P/N: IMZ-8.1041-16051 max load capacity = 20kg (44lbs)
The new heavy duty style rack is compatible with most all URAL sidecar motorcycles that have a spare wheel carrier and spare wheel.

I like the standardrack more ;- ) .
Thanks David. From Australia.
Thank you very much. These videos are very helpful.
Nice luggage rack, you just need to put some sides on it.
Another helpful video thanks David! (any chance of a battery removal/replacement video?)
I got you... ua-cam.com/video/xGBH7z6_BSA/v-deo.html
Take the little fittings on the bottom completely apart and off. It looks like you can take the battery out by just loosening them, (you can, but it's harder) but you, or at least I, can't get them back on after the battery is back in place.
Typo. It is a Heavy Duty Spare WHEEL Luggage Rack, not a WEHEEL. On your 0:00 title page.
LOL! Thank you, I didn't even notice. Oh where is my mind. I'm going to say we did that on purpose now, "WEHEEL, Just like a normal wheel only more fun!"
Thanks for your videos! I’m shopping currently for a ‘21 Gear Up, and learning about what is available is part of the process. These videos help a bunch! 👍
Will this fit on a 2017 Ural M70 that didn't come with a rack over the spare wheel?
Yes (says the former owner of a 2015 M70, current owner of an 11 Retro and a 18 Retro and a 95 Sportsman. Yes, I have a Ural problem) as long as you have a spare tire!
@@JamesAllmond Thanks! This is only my second. I drove an '01 Patrol for 17 years. My other garage residents are a '90 Honda Pacific Coast and an '06 Suzuki Burgman Executive. Not Urals, but not mainstream, either.
@@Mishn0 I had two 1990 Pacific Coasts. Great bikes and I wish I could buy a new one.
