When you slow down with a lot of regen your brake lights don't come on. This is your fault. I almost did the same thing.

Thanks for watching again, my brake lights do turn on with Regen. In fact, I hardly ever need to use the brake pads because of Regen. This accident was the fault of an inattentive driver.

Gas tanks are higher behind the actual bumper. Look on your car up higher and you will see it. That is why e cars have a sub trunk.
