Definitely using this. I’ve had to redo my armor builds because I feel like I can always improve on it. But it was always a pain to go through all my armor pieces. Thanks for the video.
so it's basically dim but better explained ... i mean ofc hunters with 50 iq need simpler things but this does exactly what dim does but it's a bit easier to use and authist-friendly
it's definitely a pain when you have to sort through over 1000 combinations.
I prefer the old fashioned way, playing the game an unhealthy amount until I randomly get the stat role I want to drop through sheer chance
Thats how I have mine. I'm 30 points from a 3 one hundred build rn
You still have to do that. It only goes through armor you already have. It doesn't give you armor just shows what you can do with what you have
this website just searches through your armor pieces to see what you can get, so you still have to grind armor
Its weird, but I actually enjoy spending long periods of time in my menu tweaking things

I LITERALLY just started going through armor pieces on my warlock trying to make a good build today. This is going to be a God send. Ty
As a heads up on this build you can also check for wasted stats so that you can minimize that as well.
thanks to this website like a month ago, I can rock a 39 stat tier Stag build with exactly 1 wasted point. It is both extremely satisfying to see, but also annoying to see 1 single wasted recov right next to all those 0s

brUH this is amazing! Made the painstaking task of sifting through all your armour & gear to find the good stat ones & good combinations an absolute breeze, allowed me to make my first "good" (stat wise) PVP build even with my jank vault armours
D2 armor picker has been my go to for the past month or so. It's perfect for someone like me who never remembers what's in my builds (and all my masterworked gear tends to be transmogged to look the same).

Excellent tip. It is so easy to combine the pieces to match the desired stat combination. The result can be copied as filter into DIM.

Funny I see this now, as someone I know who plays Destiny as well mentioned this to me a few days and I was pretty blown away as to how easy it was to use. I didn't need an explanation or anything, In fact I didn't read anything at all. Simply looking at buttons themselves told me what I needed to know and I made my build in less than a minute. This is was what DIM should've had, honestly.
This site also finally allowed me to get the triple hundreds on my Hunter I thought was a pipe dream until then!

If your build desire consists of "I want triple 100" then this is great. If your build desire consists of "I want this exotic, and I need this stasis mod, and this void mod, and this solar mod, and I want to max out disciplne and recovery and I'm willing to change armor affinities, but I don't want to masterwork another exotic so only choose from masterworked ones"... or something like that, then DIM is much more full featured. This is a great wham, bam, thank you maam, got my triple 100, sure.
@@naveedhakimi9060 Sure, DIM does it. But It did it pretty bad in my opinion. Not even YT guides could help me get the results I wanted.
@@extectic I'd say that it still works for those in that majority/minority. With how reputation ranks work now with vendors, there's not too much an excuse to not have enough for at least one exotic masterwork per season. Even in mid-tier content it's not the absolute worst to get materials. It's simply if you want to actually want to min/max that bad with your choice of exotic. And if you're not going to masterwork the recommended Exotic that you have sitting around to help you reach those desired stats... what's the point of holding onto it then?

There is a toggle to ignore affinity elements so it will open your build for better options because you don't turn it on and you toggle powerful friends and radiant lights it will search for at least 2 arc armors to fit these 2 mods in

Pretty good though use a combo of DIM and D2 Armour picker. DIM was able to pick out some better builds for my titan while sometimes D2 Armour picker had some better builds. Either way can't go wrong if your using both.

Not only is this site great in its own right, it's also prompting a lot of upgrades and additions to the DIM loadout builder too.
I can get my titan down to 2 wasted points with a decent distribution and OEM but the thought makes me feel unclean.
