Using Tata Nano for the last 6.5 years(I could afford a new full option petrol Swift that time). Cost of ownership is equallent to 350cc-500cc bike. No issues so far and planning to use it for the next 4 more years. 👍

I was working abroad and I had a clear vision and plan on my career and financial management. With that I settled back to India in my early thirty itself.
I bought my dream car worth over a million in cash while I decided not to spend more than 20% of fund I have. Also I bought it only after starting my career back in india in a reputed firm while ensuring I can manage the expenses with my cash flow, without touching accumulated funds and it's growth.
I have told this concept to many and I can still see people who buy bike of 1 Lakh or car of 5 Lakh in loans while they are the single source of income to family and getting a salary under 20 & 30K!

One goal I have set for myself is not to take a loan to acquire things that depreciate over time. Definitely this video can be translated to any other financial goal and not just buying a car. Also I have heard tons of millionaires say they never buy a new car. You can easily find slightly used one for heavy discounts.
