As you say, with full heart, I'm really proud to say that I have emergency fund and I have been maintaining it since 3 years back.
During global economic crisis in 2008, I saw my colleagues getting laid off from their jobs which prompted me to think about emergency fund. Still it took some more years for me to manage the fund. Ever since, I have been maintaining it.
