Pay attention to your stress appraisals - make challenge appraisals, not threat appraisals. To do this, a) watch how you talk to yourself, b) be your own coach, c) reflect and engage in role-play

This is why I heavily look up to Ronaldo the way he handles stress and pressure on the pitch is something I have never seen before, not to say other players don't know how to handle stress and pressure but in my opinion the way ronaldo does it is just on another level. Great video 👍

Mentality in sports is everything but in extreme sports is different, this is because of the factor of death.
Even tho this video was not made for extreme sports it still helps.

yes there are still some crossovers - extreme sports have a whole other set of risks that require a much more skilled approach to the mental side of things

I will definitely do the trick to change words first. After deep anylisis of myself, i can see that changing how you face pressure plays a pivotal role in being composed under pressure. With this i would like to thank you sam sir because you revolutionized how i think during matches and due to that i am a better player. Thank You ❤

When dribbling negative thought says “I might lose the ball and I might get concede a goal”and this keeps repeating over and over again and this makes me mess up the things that I have practiced dribbling drills alone by myself over and over again due to the panic that is happening. do you know how to fix this?

It's unfair to suggest Kaka and others failed at Madrid due to their mental strength. In his case, it was serious injuries.
Of course it doesn't mean Cristiano is not mentally very strong.

If 9 players r playing to make tap in for 1 player than anything can happen. He always wait in the box to score goal. Ronaldo never makes team better but team made him better.
