@@First_Sea_Lord_Ford most people I saw trying the game out actually liked it even with it's flaws. It does make fun. With enough seasonal content updates it could be very good.

I have had a lot of fun playing skull and bones, if you know what you are going to get it is very enjoyable expierience. The only thing I want now is more ships and more stuff to do.

biggest flop of the year
season 1 is releasing in a few days i heard so that will bring new content. New season every 3 months. Its kinda lame to already run out of content but that is only the case when you played over 40 hours minimum and mostly go for main quests.. Im not even close to that. Still the game is really enjoyable so Im annoyed to see everybody jumping on the hate bandwagon without even giving it a try @@150booyadragon

@@cyberdrone6058 nope. The game is done. It's over. And it's a live service game. Which means. When it's over. The servers will shut down and people who bought it won't have a game to play anymore. Keep lying to your self if you want. But S&B is a great example of why CEO's at all the bigger companies needs to be replaced with actual gamers. Who knows the gaming industry.

There is an old game called Sea Dogs, I am not sure if you heard of it. Now, yea, it has a bad reputation. It is very old, very buggy, and was in development hell. When playing the missions you can see there was supposed to be something in between them, some other missions or pointers to the next one, but it all just seems incomplete. It is really sad, honestly, because I always thought the the gameplay held up pretty well over the years, especially the naval combat. Yes, it is rather primitive, both it and boarding, but it had to start somewhere. It somehow doesn't feel arcadey. To be frank, I always wished to see a remake of the game, with more content and better graphics, even tho I knew it was just a pipe dream. But seeing the graphichs of Skull and Bones, I started to think how cool would it be if the two games combined their two strenghts.
I would really like to hear your opinion on this, as you would probably be able to tell if it is just my nostalgia speaking or is there really something in that idea and I would like to hear if you had anything to add to it.
Skull and bones should’ve been an upgraded version of Sea Dogs to each his own. Caribbean Legend just dropped and it’s an upgraded version of that game. Skull and Bones had such promise and all they had to do was take the Assassins Creed out of Black Flag 🤷🏻♂️
dunno, since carribbean legend (remake of sea dogs) finally dropped, this game seems like not worth it
So good things to say about the biggest disappointment of the year 2024 in the gaming industry.
1. It looks really good (which honestly is an exageration, as black flag still looks better to this day)
2. It works really well with an eye-tracker.....
And there are people buying this game from reviews that can't say anything more nice about the game. It looks good and works pretty well with an eye-tracker... LMAO
This wasn’t worth the wait or the money you pay to play it.
Black flag did all this back in 2013 and now in Skull & bones you can only do half of that and yet it’ll cost you more money.
No man’s sky, fallout 76 and that one armored suit game where you can fly like iron man which no body plays. All these game are the same in how shit their start was and how crap the game play is.
Sure some got better, but should we really let this trend of making garbage games only to improve it later.
Give me something worth my money and time at the start. Stop wasting my energy on this nonsense. Maybe then I’ll consider buying your game.
