My 21 year old son asked me today why I never ended up becoming a lawyer. I told him because I met and married your father and left all that behind! Best decision ever! 28 years of marriage! A 27,25 and 21 year old. One married! God is so good! ❤
Knowing all the pain the past three plus years have been, I wouldn't go back and stop the marriage as there has been so many blessings despite what has happened.
The movie Journey to Bethlehem portrayed Mary as being against the idea of having kids and cooking for her husband. Yuck, she instead wanted to focus on her career. Totally unbiblical
@@Snowhater-jm1wr Mary was a feminist, Joseph was a womanizer and Herod Jr was a good guy. Yeah, totally unbiblical. Probably had a rainbow on set like the Chosen.
The second video was nice, but she should have added the cleaning and cooking and sorrow as well as the kids. It's a part of married life, but so worth it. I wouldn't give it up.
The world/satan will twist God's purpose for us every chance he gets, thanks for refuting it with THE truth, God's infallible, supernaturally prophetic, historically verified, objectively moral eternal word. God bless you Gabe & babe!
I don’t know if the full video has an anti-family message in it somewhere, maybe the caption. But it’s not clearly in this clip. Surely there is a way someone can voice their opinion that would they have no interest in starting a family without having bad motives, right? I think it’s totally possible the lady in the video was just creating a video of her personal feelings about raising a family- non antagonistically. But It seems WWUTT and his community find the idea unconscionable. Do you think God made every person to want to raise a family? And they’re suppressing that truth, or something, if they state otherwise? You guys are all looking self-righteous and judgmental as if the only right view is to want to raise a family. Didn’t the apostle Paul say not everyone should get married?
God forbid anyone in your sphere deal with infertility. I hate to think about the shame you would put on a couple who cannot have children and doesn't feel like explaining their medical history to you. 1 in 5 couples will deal with infertility. You don't always get the Baby, and God help the woman who is only married to have a child and then discovers she can't. Marriage has to be based on a more solid foundation then children or even having children, or it will die.
This video seems to cover the joy of marriage versus the hate filled society message that it is a bad thing. As far as infertility nothing about this video is dealing with that topic. However, I empathize with what you are saying. There is a lot of infertility for a variety of reasons that are beyond couple's control. The other day I learned about spermicidal corn. It sounds too crazy to believe but Google it. The reasons behind it are horrible. Definitely not of God. If a couple cannot have children there are many available to adopt. Many have done that at my church. No stigma!
Sorry that you couldn't have kids. My parents couldn't have kids either, and God gave them a waiting period of ten years before they adopted me. This video is not attacking mothers who are infertile. This video is going after the feministic myth that children are a burden instead of a blessing from the Lord. The woman in the first short featured despised having children, thinking of the work she'd have to do, while the woman in the second short saw her children as a gift. The people who should be rebuked are those who are feminists and equate miscarriage with abortion.

Great video. The 2nd woman shows what a blessed life looks like.
I like how there's this idea that if she stays single that she doesnt have to do any of the chores
Right... and she does them alone in an empty house.
They dont have a problem with chores, they just hate doing it for others because they are so selfish
That's a good point. Aren't these things being done anyway? Maybe marriage just makes you hate everyone for it.
Not every woman is designed to have children and be married. It is simply not for everyone.🎉

Great vid and lesson - as usual - thanks for sharing this !!

I heard about that movie. How bad was it?

Seriously? Crazy.
Both videos ares important in showing the possible realities of marriage and having children.
The second video was nice, but she should have added the cleaning and cooking and sorrow as well as the kids.

God is one of the best in the world! Being a Parent is a blessing and Hardwork! But that’s good praise God for that

Evangelicalism as a whole lacks any theology of vocational singleness.

When did he ever shame infertile couples. You’re putting words in people’s mouths and its evil.
