Kinda reminds me of an audio glitch that happened back in the 2000s during an episode of Spongebob, where it played some sort of space travel/air travel audio. It happened in Southern California only once and I can't exactly prove it, but it was the weirdest Nick glitch I've ever heard.

Speaking of DB, the one time I ever watched any of DBE, it was when it was just constantly glitching out and tearing up. Made it fularious and trippy. The only way I'd ever watch it.
As a person who has had direcTv, this happens due to connection errors, due bad weather or whatever, though I am not sure I have never had something like this skipping half. the ep

Think this is bad, one time work it out wombats had one on the first episode airing again When he told zeke about pancakes which is when the episode actually starts, mailk's head went back and forth 4 times, then everything was a storyboard for 10 seconds, then when Malik yelled at zadie with the megaphone to wake her up, everyone's eyes were red the whole episode, and stuff glitched and objects actually disappear due to intense glitching
