Had a question, coming from someone whose family never owned a car, but has started utilising the Ola & Uber, while metro has been a lifeline. Loans add an extra level of stress to people’s lives, and majority of the car buyers come from the middle class, and owning a car is not cheap and then a loan on top of that doesn’t really make one’s life less-stressful - so, why are so many people willing to buy cars, and willing to buy them through loans ? An answer would be helpful. Thank you !

Thank you Sir. That was quite a bit of valuable information, would help a lot in saving some valuable money on the car purchase. If a private bank offers a PRE-APPROVED CAR LOAN without any documentation, based on your reputation as a bank customer, would availing such a loan be ok or would it be the same as you mentioned towards the end of this video that the bank will delay your loan and keep you on your toes for documentations, before disbursing the loan......??? Looking forward to your kind advise on this aspect.
Pre-approved loan will take much less time and documentation to disburse the amount to car dealer. Mostly pre approved loan will be given based on your salary account credit and great CIBIL score!! Beware the terms and conditions as mentioned in this video and get clear cut details from bank before opting.

In my case SBI was very good, via yono the interest was 7.5%but it was floating with no foreclosure charges and processing fee
Foreclosure charges 3% of remaing amount...
partpayement charges 1% of paying amount for first 3 years...
7.5 % intrest may vary evry year also... As it is MLCR + 0.5
Now MLCR of sbi banks at minimum (7). If the MLCR increases to 8 in the next year... Your intrest will also automatically change to 8.5... and so on...
Kindly check and verify the documents... If it is correct for sbi auto loan through YONO...
Sbi is d best and the most secure
When did you take car loan from sbi? I took sbi car loan in oct 2019 they gave me 9.15 percent interest rate and 3 percent foreclosure charge for 2 years
@@divyaman88 its corona time and no one is taking loan for cars and house so the bank has to reduce the interest to attract buyers so that they will still get money,
