The grip strength, no strap---insane.
This is what happens when you have trained 100% properly using all the correct techniques AND have gotten all your muscle groups working together. I don't "lift", but I used to be a speed swimmer and did some lifting, and people were always stunned at how much weight I could work out with even though I was a 'pencil'. I was never in this guy's league, but I was still able to stun several people in the gym.

Carry until in the high way raod for only 25 pesos per suck. Convert to in 1 dollor value is 45+ pesos. Im shy but is true😭😭😭 so very hard but to achieve the goal that we wish for. To ern money for our dsuly expenses of the school and to help our parent also.

I love how he told those 2 guys lifting that they weren't using real weights. I don't know why guys use those fat plates that only weigh 25 lbs. I guess they want to give the appearance of lifting heavy weight when they're not at all.
