    I always love watching these posts, very humbling and a great lesson in life and of course funny without being humiliating to those he pranks. Of course you could consider muscle fibres and how they are engaged, but that only happens if they are stimulated, this guy has worked hard for years, total respect not just for your achievements but for your inspiration.

    "Anatoly" demonstrates that there are different levels of strength relative to muscle mass. Some have it with relatively small mass and some can only attain it with huge mass!

    You gotta love it. The biggest, strongest, guy in the room wasn't intimidated one bit, and probably the nicest guy there. Take the people who aren't so big, they're the jerks. Somethin else. I love when he blows away a jerk, then asks him if it's fake. LOL

    Just goes to show- you don't need giant puffed up muscles to be strong. Just natural strength in muscles and in the mind as much as body.

    It's not really a prank or a joke, as one could imagine that it is. It's really an athlete who can compete with and surpass well-known big names in athletics, despite being, or seeming to be, so weak in apparent musculature.

    • @dng267
      @dng267 11 днів тому

      Many of you are missing the point. Muscular volume and density will help your strength, of course. Yet it is the tensile strength of your TENDONS that will determine to a much greater extent your maximum strength. That is why competing bodybuilders are not chasing strength in itself, so their goal is to have what judges consider the best bodies. Then people like Anatoly who compete in powerlifting (squat, bench press, deadlift) are looking for maximum strength. You are born with or without super tendons, you can improve them, but they have to be super in order to compete at world top-class level. Then since you have weight divisions, the lighter your super muscular body, combined with super tensile strength in super tendons, the stronger, slimmer and lighter you can be. Hence you can have Anatolys lifting more than huge bodybuilders. YET, search the web......you can also find huge muscular bodies combined with super tendons that can lift weights you will not believe. Anatoly's squat was 210kg, Ronny Coleman's squat was 363kg.....Anatoly's deadlift was 290kg, Ronny Coleman's was 408kg. The strength of your tendons is not directly related to the volume and density of your muscles, it is the strength of your tendons that counts the most....so a much smaller/slimmer Coleman could actually lift close to what he lifted as an animal bodybuilder. Physiology is fascinating......
