At 42 I was doing vertical pushups on my thumbs in a gym. The gym goers were in shock. I gave a brief explanation as to how I gained the ability to be so strong and not having large muscles to some of the people there that wanted to know. Needless to say I gained a small following and trained some people and many of them became stronger than me. That was very fulfilling.
