those are all his awards! he won two for songs/arrangements in his debut album and two more this last year, one was for Moon River
It is always a joy to experience somebody hearing Jacob for the first time. Your reaction was a delight. In case nobody else mentioned it, yes he has -currently-four Grammys. You really can't go wrong with Jacob but I know my current favorite of his is "Moon River". It is extraordinary and is a showcase for Jacob's creativity, absolute mastery of harmony, his singing ability and it is just a joy to listen too. Jacob is also a multi-instrumentalist and several years ago did a one man world tour in which he sang and played a multitude of acoustic and electronic instruments. He'll always leave you feeling better.

Normally as a musician, when you hear people compared to Bach, Chopin, Mozart and the like you roll your eyes. But HOLY SHIT. Jacob is so fuckin talented. Its almost scary
