Those runs he does are microtonal. That's what's so mesmerizing about them. He will basically take a 4 note scale and subdivide it into 7 simetricaly displayed notes. He has perfect pitch like that :D
It really takes a good artist nowadays to reinvent this song. It’s been beaten to death. Jacob, of course is more than qualified. Jeff Buckley did a really good job with this song in the 90s. Particularly his live Chicago performance. Jacob is an absolute gem and we’re lucky to have him around. Great video!
