You want to make sure you are at least 9 weeks post-partum and have had your health visitor sign off to exercise before you do any exercise. Be gentle with yourself, realistically it can take 18 months to 2 years to feel recovered after giving birth and we mustn't rush. Do your lovely pelvic floor exercises, gentle walks and you will feel yourself again. Enjoy the journey lovely x

Are these safe for post partum? Would love to know how you got your strength back post-baby. I’m a few weeks post baby and feel it’ll never go back 😢
