how much total money have you made from your whole period and how much capital you started with?
I am also a stock market participant . I am in market for more than 16 years . I m a doctor, i m single & dont spend much so i able to save 1-1.25L a month now. What i save after a month i invest that right away in the market. Total money i invested over the years is=3L+4+2+4+4+5+9+10+7+10+11+12+16+15+18+17=1.47cr . Currently my portfolio is around 3 cr . So i have earned more than 1.5cr in 16 years.
I m not a millionaire but my am 1/2 millionaire.
So focus on investing and swing trading & focus on carrier.
I will easily be millionaire & then I think i will retire.

This incident is not as simple as it was logically made out to be. You never know whether that is a new way of paying someone your dues or taking a loss willingly to legalize your non-white earnings from some other business. So many checks in the system have failed to stop this trade. It is pretty unusual. Even broker terminal has several checks to stop this. Nothing worked that day, may be, because someone in position wanted this to go through.

Sir, I am a novice option trader. 2 weeks before on expiry day, I tried to exit BPCl option for 0.1 paise (1 lot). Already premium is depreciated much, I should get 1000+ profit. Since the limit order is not getting executed before day for several hours I changed it to market order.
Just in a second, price went by 3100% and my order got executed at 1.5
Instead of 1000 rs profit, I lost 2750 rs.
I queried, but no answer.
It's always good to exit at market order..the moment you get your profit target...put market order...
By putting a market order you agreeing to buy or sell at whatever price other offers to you. Lowest price offered was 1.5 at that time and you by selecting MO agreeing to execute at that price. You have to be very careful while putting MO in stock options as the liquidity is very less

I sold far away option of CE and PE in BPCl, above and below resistance and support. Call option sold, put option is in green. But because of small error, lost the trade.

Sir circuit shifts upside according to price movement?? I have seen 50 rs going to 1200 in normal expiry day breaking upper circuit as it goes. I think upper circuit shifts according to price movements in options

I noticed this happening quite a lot yesterday, there would be intermittent flash movements in price upwards/downwards
Which broker do you use? Did you notice this movement in spot price or Option price? I use IIFL and have seen such flash movements in Nifty Spot.

This type of thing has happened to me
In hurry around the expiry with a violent move against my option position , put me in some rage i closed position at heavy market fluctuation ,then went reverse trade , increased position size , and then market reverses , again me running to safety closing trade at huge volatile fluctuation ( around 25% from LTP). There I also entered a mistake trade ce instead of pe ,both were trading at around same price
Now entered a revenge trade made a little,but missed a huge move.
Sounds a nightmare ,that actually happened to me
EOD i ended with 75% loss of my employed capital , the loss I never been able to recover till date.
How much capitacl u deployed bro

Feel really sorry.try to recover slowly and trade carefully
Just start with few lots, build your own strategy stick to it, you will cover your losses in few months. I also lost when I started without experience.I just put stop loss and not so greedy book the profit. I am recovering my loses. Now a days my trades are getting better. Just playing with few lots.

On 26/05/2022 expiry day I could not square off my BankNifty 35100 pe 20 lots (500 qtys) bought at 51.
I kept getting error as "EXCH:Options sell used limit exceeded the user limit"
I was seeing 55 price but I kept getting above error. I then tried selling them at 37, 20 and lower prices but couldn't do so and kept getting above error. Indeed market got closed and I lost all the premium as the strike expired otm. Anything can happen in Market, once money gone, won't be returned, no matter how genuine you are not at default.
There is something called as Stop loss buddy. Loss would have been much lesser if u had placed a SL.
@@krishajay2442 Are you insane? No order was getting placed. I didn't let it expire 0, it was broker's fault of limit keeping with NSE. I m in the market since last 5 years.

NSE should have exchange level protection range. Even if broker allows such trades, NSEs range check should block the order
It seems a deliberate transaction to exchange money for p&l adjustment (probably for tax evasion )with the help of complicated algos.

In Nest we can define Price protection so market orders can be restricted from trading far away from ltp.

Hi Sir. There may be another scenario.
What I understood is that the broker has insurance cover against trading losses. If this is correct, then it may also be a conspiracy against the Insurer.
Mutually decided trades between the sellers & buyers, to show a loss, claim back the loss from the Insurance company & enjoy a huge money among the parties involved.
Please throw your expert opinion on this probability too.

If some one wants to save capital gain and found a partner who already in huge loss can stoke a deal and collect cash, where both are in benefit.
I feel it is not error, it is smart move by someone using the loop hole
You can not sale or buy to a specific user ( customer, client, fii, dii...) in market. The one in q gets the trade. Blok deal or bulk deal happens between agreed / specified parties, not retail deal
It is not impossible, if one plan well on particular time this type of orders can be executed sitting together using different terminals. This trade is such a deep in the money transaction, normally we will not find much orders.

Index option will go to zero, probably most broker platform will square off.. Only stock options has physical delivery!!!
NIFTY HAS 2800 QUANTITY LIMITS,PER ORDER. SO IT CAN NOT BE A SINGLE CLIENT. IT IS NOT ERROR, BUT WEL -PLANNED.

@@seemamp4929 all these order limits are surpassed by complex softwares and algos, they have the interface that allows them to place the order in single click, it will create multilple baskets and execute with such speed that it will be executed like a single order. mutithreading if u understand technology, orders might be sent in from multiple logins if necessary. if u code it and its a machine thats doing it it can make a big difference, specially for scalpers where order execution speed is of the escence.
