Nice review!!! I have two of their Entrada holsters. One for my Glock and one for my CZ P10c. Being left handed it limits me on holsters in general. So that is definitely one reason I was willing to give them a try. I would have to say that I'm well pleased with the fit and finish. If I could suggest one thing it would be to add / have the option for a wedge on the back side to add some comfort when carrying, or when sitting to help with keeping the grip pushed back against the body. I did end up purchasing Tier1Concealment foam wedge pack to give that a try.

I don't like claws on holsters that have the hinge. Solid ones it works but the hinge method is actually good enough for me. The claw just pushes my belly out and not the gun in.
@@AZGearGuy great thanks just ordered a couple black arch holsters. But this one looks perfect for taking off and putting on for driving. I get in and out of my truck alot in a day for work. This looks super easy to slip back in your pants.......well back in my pants.
Humm, another holster for me to try. Just bought the trex sidecar holster and the grip still prints even with the claw. Not a big belly guy just alittle fluffy. Lol. Great vid BTW.
I’m kind of new to CCW. I’m just trying to find a good holster for a not so common gun CZPO1. I hate dropping money for a holster that sucks. I know that I’m a AIWB guy because I have no hips and if I wear at the 3 o’clock you can totally tell it’s a fire arm. I’ll have to give them a try but I hope I’m not disappointed and waste my money. Love BlackArch. You forgot to mention that the Entrada holster can be converted into a two piece holster if you cannot get used to appendix carry. I have the FDE with Red seen in my video

AZ Gear Guy I feel you on keeping it together but I have a belly so separating it fits better LOL. I have to 3-4 o’clock my firearm and 9 o’clock my mag. 😕

I ended up checking their Website, and sadly the Entrada doesn't come with an option for a 92FS or a 1911 (probably silly of me to think they might, LOL), but I may end up picking one up for another gun in the future! For full size, do you prefer the TRex over things like a Tier 1 or Vedder? I have a Vedder in the sidecar style for my Glock 19X and it's reasonably comfortable, but even with a wedge I can't get as much concealment out of it as I'd like.
@@Sanguivore trex sidecar 2.0 and any of the tier1 sidecar style holsters are about equal. Anything other than the sidecar Style as far as tier1 goes sucks in my opinion. I run trex because 1. They’re local to me and 2 the lead time at tier1 is ridiculous. To me, sidecar holsters only, it’s trex and tier 1 at the top.
I've had my blackarch protos m for my shield for a year. I love it, just wish they would make one with an optic cut now that I upgraded to the shield plus optic ready.
I actually grew up in Logan and when I heard about Black Arch I bought their Protos-M iwb hokster for my p30sk. I made the switch to appendix and use a vedder light tuck with claw. Both holsters have been 100% solid holsters. I just bought a vp9sk and want to carry an extra mag and I want to try the entrada.
Are those connector pieces replaceable when they eventually wear out? I like the idea of the solid piece of leather for the bendy part of the Gerber Helix but I dunno which is superior in realty.
Hello, I enjoyed your review.. I only carry appendix btw, I have a question for you since I'm looking to order the exact same holster. I see that on the review you have your mag orientation with the rounds facing outward, I carry my extra mag with the rounds facing the gun in the event of a mag malfuntion. Can you run it either way or only towards the outside??
Honestly, it depends on what you'd like for comfort. I think they're both excellent choices and it really comes down to if you want full kydex or not. As well as and extra magazine.
I’m actually stuck in between this right now can’t decide if I want to order the Entrada or Protos M single clip, I’ve heard good things about the Tier 1 concealed wedges you can order and put on the back of any kydex holster you own. If Black Arch let you choose the length of your sweat guard that’d be a deal breaker to compete with tier 1 and other brands
I know it’s 3 years old but how did you spend 7 minutes talking about the holster but not showing it on your belt and drawing your weapon. Maybe I’m just picky and like to soak up all the info and ergonomics of a product such as an edc holster but I’m disappointed 😅

Would the mod wing be considered as the concealment wedge? If so it doesn’t come with anymore it’s a add as a option that you have to pay for now

Yeah these guys are awesome. Good people too. You'd be surprised how their other holsters fit.

You know what, I'm with you. I'm getting there for sure. I do somewhat of the same config you have too. It works well.
I bought one about 10 days ago. Can’t beat the 15 day lead time vs 4-5 weeks from tier 1. Can’t wait to get it in the mail to try it out.

These are good options if you've been carrying for years. Try a tier 1 and then one of these lol.

I always carry apendix, the issue I run into is what I carry, CZ-p01C . I am limited to holsters or companys that make what I need.

It will fit the gun just fine, but they are currently working on adding lights to the holsters. Stay tuned.

They're other models of holsters are excellent if you have a belly. They have solutions for a lot of people.
