It cant angle the turret to make it less vulnerable, because by angling it, the maus wont be able to shoot the target anymore. And even if it angles there are still some tanks like the pershing that can pen it
If theres no other enemy that could attack you, you could just wait for it to un-angle the turret back and then shoot. If you cant destroy it, it cant destroy you(cus yes, it cant look at you)

@@RoboxGuy most of the time the maus is not moving so you can easily sneak up and get on the tank but if it is moving i just wait untill it stops
