I did feel that during their visit down under that Camilla was in real discomfort with her back. Sadly she may be suffering with that painful condition that her mother and grandmother had. Long journeys would be a great strain on the bones so some down time to recover would be a good idea for anyone suffering with osteoporosis type symptoms. If I'm correct I don't envy her at all and hope she gets some relief.
