I can not say as an entire new character, but some characters from DB Heroes could be costumes, like Xeno Vegeto could be a costume to Vegeto, and when he transforms in Ssj Blue it gets the appearence of Ssj4. And the same could be applied to other gharacters, like Future Trunks with Xeno Trunks, and when transformed in Ssj his look changes to his Xeno Ssj God visual, and so on.
Maybe due to the what if of this game maybe will see dbh but maybe will never see dlc for this db but this would be cool to see dbh who's know is very soon
I’m 99% certain the basic GT characters like SS4 Goku, Vegeta, Pan, Gogeta etc will be in the base game on release. SS4 Goku was in the initial teaser for the game in March 2023
