    Solid video!!🔥🔥 Excellent viewpoints and Thank you so much for reviewing this wheel. I feel like the Euc community needs to see more videos like this. The point I always try to make with my viewers. You don't always need the biggest fastest baddest wheel on the planet to have fun riding a Euc. I've always been a fan of the V11. Thanks for sharing!

    A very interesting experience! I am also the owner of v11 and v11y. In my workshop, I often improve air springs for inmotion. This adds a lot of life to these springs and my clients do not need to change the springs every year.🎉

    I'm considering selling my V12 HS for the V11y. I plan to use it for commuting in traffic with aggressive american cars 7 miles each way. What I really like about the V11y is the weight and the suspension. But I know I will lose some power and speed... not sure if this is a good decision

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  3 місяці тому +1

      Hi man how are you? I know how crazy is the traffic in there and speed means safety for me so I would choose a wheel that can go as fast as the one I’m currently using.. 14 miles is not a problem but the way back can be a bit more limiting in speed so I thing you should look into a v14 per example

    Not hating, just objections.
    v11/y is pretty stable wheel. Not reliable (fried boards and with v11 is still an issue)
    Best wheel for city flat surfaces. No offroad, bumps and holes allowed tho, if you want to stay on-foot, bc suspension system is just....well, it is somewhat present, thats it. V11/v11y/v13 has the worst suspension system on the market period. Inmotion could make it better, redesign it somehow.
    Os it is the same wheel as before, they just changed the color (to worse), added some 3d printed bumper and changed a controller (finally it won`t fry occasionally, like it was on v11 even on latest batches, yay).
    They have really cool but overpriced v14, bestsellers v10/v8 are still selling, thats it . v11/v11y are underengineered, ,v13 is just bad, v12 (hs/ht/pro etc) is ok but has no smartbms....

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  4 місяці тому

      Thank you for your comment but I can see that you are a hater of inmotion. And you put the experience of suspension of the v11 v11y and v13 all in the same bag and that only show me that you never ride it because for what is need it the v11y is more than capable. Be aware not saying that there is not better suspension system but the wheel don’t need more. I get that you like another brand more than inmotion fine but don’t put things on the same basket like you done and above all don’t just point negative things because I just see you as a hater of the brand :) just my thought about your comment

    Good and honest review !
    Been riding the V11 for more than a month now (750km) and it’s a great wheel. Enough powerful, not too heavy, great lights, sufficient range, this is probably the best commuter wheel. My only critic is the height (too high) of the pedals and their size (too small, even with the honeycomb). The V11Y being an improved version of the V11 is making it unbeatable in this category. Still, I find it is missing some range (easy to do 50km but other wheels now offer 70-80km or more of range, would be great to have a V11 with a 1800Wh-2000Wh battery). V11Y price could be also closer to the original V11 price too. Speed is not an issue for this wheel as I find that going between 40-50km/h is enough on bike lanes and small streets (want to go faster? Go get a Lynx/ET Max/Extreme/V14 but ride on the street).

    • @MADpack

      Thank you for your comment and sharing your experience with the inmotion v11. Definitely the v11y is a great wheel and yes range always been the problem of the v11 but with 10a you can now stop and charge it for a bit. Thank you for such a stellar review. I noticed most of your reviews are Inmotion. Are they your favorite brand? And why did they scrap the watch?
    The V13 received bad reviews from many influencers. The biggest critiques were its range and weight. The Begode ETMax has close to similar range and weight, but the same influencers give it high praise. Do you have an opinion on the V13? Thx

    • @nanodude05
      @nanodude05 4 місяці тому +3

      Inserting myself here, but after having two Inmotion wheels, I'm not fond of them as much as LeaperKim and Begode. Their service (at least in the USA) is absolutely horrible they send already broken parts as "warranty replacements", and their wheels are far more fragile than the metal frame wheels that other brands make. The cells they use in the V13 in combination with the motor and the electronics tends to be much less efficient than other wheels, so you get much less range on the same capacity than you would expect from other wheels. If you want to invest that much money into a wheel within the same weight class, I'd go for an EX30. Best performance to dollar you can get out of an EUC. Mine has had zero issues for almost 2000 miles, and I've had a lot of fun with mods and customization. It's essentially just a better wheel in every aspect for less money, aside from UI. The V13's torque and suspension just can't even really compare.

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  4 місяці тому

      @nanodude05 thank you for sharing your experience but when you say the support of inmotion is poor my question is where did you purchased your wheels? Because if you purchase from local distributors you should not have a problem no matter if you buy begode inmotion or other brand. And also I see you recommending a begode. Is great when they still have parts I have a begode wheel that I can’t repair because not one year later they stopped supporting parts so I prefer to have a wheel that after 2 years I can still get parts for it good luck when yours will give problems

    • @nanodude05
      @nanodude05 4 місяці тому +2

      @@MADpack my Inmotion wheels were from EUCO which is the official Inmotion USA distributor, and they also handle the warranty claims in the US. They sent broken parts to both me and my friend for our wheels, and then refused to reply to us for weeks. They also refused to sent a replacement battery for my V11 when one of the packs failed and prevented me from riding. Flat out refused! What good are parts if they won't even send them? Lol! And regarding the Begode replacement parts, there are a few dealers in the US who still carry a variety of parts for wheels that are 4+ years old.

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  4 місяці тому

      @nanodude05 so in the end is not a problem of inmotion but EUCO. I used to have an affiliation with them but I close it because they are not reliable for multiple comments that I heard. Even if you say that a lot of distributors have is because they still have in stock not because the brand will continue to produce them

    Great video. Always liked your previous ones as well.
    I bought a V11 as my 1st wheel. After about 300 miles went for a Sherman S. got used to the insane weight and difficulty in starting and slow speed manoeuvres but my top speed has been 29 mph - I’m old and that feels fast enough! The V11 feels much more nimble and can hit the speeds my skill can achieve. Easier to go shopping, kill switch great etc. Range not an issue as I’m no Marty - my rides are c 10 miles max.
    Sherman S suspension is superb though. V11 good but not in same class. After seeing this video will give my V11 another chance and if it fits better maybe upgrade to V11Y and sell the S as it is very heavy to manhandle. Plus if the UK government ever decides to look at legalising PEVs (maybe when it’s Labour) if it follows the Ireland example the V11 and V11Y will fall into a category whereas the Sherman S won’t

    Hey I’m wondering if you could answer a question for me! I had bought a V11 a month ago but did not get to even try when it came in because it had a driver board issue. Inmotion worked everything out and allowed me ship it back and pay the difference to upgrade to the V11Y (which I was excited about because of your reviews). But I have noticed they are shipping it to me from Whittier California??? Why wouldn’t it ship from China like my V11 did?

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  4 місяці тому +2

      Inmotion in comparison to other brands they work closely with a lot of people. Per example a customer had issues with their v11 so they need it to decide what to do and since he was living close to me they asked me if I could have a look on the wheel before they made a refund to him and I did the favour. In your case I believe they contacted one distributor and asked to send one of their unit to you so maybe it could arrive quicker to you

    whats the reasoning behind the acceleration and brake assist needing to equal 100%? currently i have both set at 100%. should i adjust this setting?

    • @MADpack
      @MADpack  4 місяці тому

      Like I said when you do that the wheel get hard and you lose comfort also. The objective to decide how much you want in the front and back is to assist you by making 100 in each side (breaking and acceleration) you make the two settings fitting against each others try mine and see the difference you will feel the wheel more comfortable and less hard. The objective of the split mode is to allow the wheel to move to the front to help you to accelerate and moving back to break as you have the wheel try to do t move what so ever so is harder to break and to accelerate

      I use pidzoom enhance charger to help me to do full charges and partial charges. The reason is because when your battery is fully charged every time you break the wheel try to put back energy on your battery and that’s not really good when fully charged so you can do a partial charge of 83.7v per example and once a month you do a full charge to balance your batteries hope it makes sense

    Having a v5f, v10f and v11, it feels funny when people talk about v11 as a small lightweight wheel. For me it’s big and pretty heavy with the 18” tyre, the center point of gravity somewhat high. Sure, I know there’s faster, heavier, bulkier, extremely expensive EUC:s available. Living in Finland I cannot go faster than 25 km/h on public roads, so the maximum technical speed is not relevant. I like the build quality of Inmotion and that these models are pretty slim. For an EUC sunny weather rider like me, who wants a smooth ride, the v11 has been nice.

And I still have doubts about the choice, pretty high pedals and big weight may be not so cool for city with many narrow streets, pedestrians etc. I am in Milano. But maybe it is the metter of getting used to it after different class of wheel cause every day it gets a bit more pleasant.
      Btw, you did not mention that v11y is heavier then v11, it became 30 kg which is not so light weight too.

      @yura8196 hi there 1kg doesn’t make any difference on riding you don’t feel the weight difference what so ever … passing from a 18xl to the v14 is normal you need to get used to the weight because is a massive difference in weight but not between a inmotion v11 and a v11y

      @@MADpack The video is great. Your audio experience of the V11Y and experience from other wheels kept me engaged. Your video gave me the visuals of how nimble the V11Y is. I hope you’ll get other wheels to review such as the S19 or S16 as a comparison. I understand the Inmotion V12 Pro is also available. Take care!

      @tone33012 I receive the wheels directly from inmotion the other brands unfortunately they still live in the past and don’t understand the importance to work with content creators maybe one day who knows? Above all thank you to explain me what you like it and enjoy the most on the video and also really happy that you gave me other reasons for why this is a great way to make some videos thank you so much
