You want to register your business in a state that is friendly to businesses-meaning their laws will help protect you from liability, etc. Delaware has generally been one of the best in past years, but there are other states that have become more business friendly over the years. The Delaware LLC (Limited Liability Company) is generally a good choice for a small business because their laws help protect your personal property if your business gets sued. You need to make sure you keep your business and personal finances separate though. Talk to your accountant, and if you don’t have an accountant, get one. They know how to keep you from screwing it up, and they’ll almost surely save you a lot of money.
My buddy has people driving box trucks and I know another guy who hauls cars. Didn’t realize I can’t just have an MC/dot without insurance even though I may not be using it at the time
Very informative

There are ways to get insurance for less, but it’s best to make sure that your insurance covers the community you’re hauling….
