Tackleberry's and Kirkland's kid will be like the ultimate badass cadet. His family's firepower skill plus her family's hand to hand means handcuffs for all future bad guys he runs into.
Pretty much until he runs into Boddicker and co. :) And even then- bad guys still lose. Plus think about what it will be like asking Tackleberry for his daughter's hand in marriage. Hope you like Survival Week in your backyard for a vacation.

Eugene Tackleberry. A man who handles literal hand cannons and is not afraid to use them. Sitting and looking like a child too shocked to complain at the show of raw domestic violence in front of his eyes.
It was "play violence," and Tackleberry wasn't used to seeing that in families! His future in-laws were good people, who welcomed him without hesitation, and that made things so much easier for Tackleberry!
As much as it is too much for even Tackleberry, which makes it hilarious, the laughter by Officer Kathleen Kirkland herself added in is what made it even funnier and kept me going.
The first time I saw this scene I was dying laughing. There are layers to the humor . They're doing a genius ironic riff on the ole "I'm bringing my boyfriend to my parents for dinner. I hope they don't embarrass me." LOL
From Wikipedia: "Graf died of a heart attack on April 7, 2001, during his brother-in-law's wedding in Phoenix, Arizona, nine days before his 51st birthday.[1][2] His body was buried at Forest Rose Cemetery in Lancaster, Ohio."
Rensune: Gotta wonder what it's like over at his family's house. With a minefield in the frontyard, trip wire windows, a mother that knows only one calibur (.45) trained attack dog. I'm pretty sure Kirkland and Tackleberry are Alex Murphy's real parents and Kyle Reese is his little bro.
Ah I miss these movies, finally deciding to get a blu ray of all of them and still waiting on delivering, not seen these since the nineties, classic comedy. I remember the slapstick between this family took me totally by suprise in several of the movies, priceless.

That look from Tackleberry says one of two things. Either, "Oh my God, these people are crazy!" Or, "Oh my God, my perfect girlfriend has the perfect family!" Not sure which it is.
When Tackleberry saw the fight start between the father and son he probably only had one thought on his mind 'And I thought My Family was crazy and Weird'.
Tackleberry's face throughout the entire scene is priceless! RIP, David Graf.
He wasn't prepared for what he was watching!
Also Kirkland laughing at her father's and her brother's antics
I love how this is too much even for Tackleberry.
Yes, this is why it's hilarious!
I know right, couse usually he is the one who is over the top lol

@Mark Lanton thats the best bit. Thats the cherry on the cake😂
Tackleberrys faces the best, he is like what the hell did I get myself into.😂😂😂😂😂
Probably Thinking in his head oh dam and people thought that I was abnormal but LOOK AT THESE PEOPLE!
I like how the scene doesn't push it too far. Because I've seen families like this in real life and it's both frightening and hilarious

Holy crap. I didn't know he died
Never get tired of this scene! Absolutely classic.
David Graf for this scene and the Eugene Tackelberry's face reaction deserved Oscar!!!!!!
😁 Tackleberry and Kirkland are perfect for each other. His family is weapons defense and hers is bare knuckle boxing.
Think about what their kids will be like. 😁
Or what they already grew up to be like.
They had a son just like themselves in the 6th movie!
I don't remember ever seeing Tackleberry's parents - which movie were they in?
They never made any appearances, and I wondered if they were deceased!
The father's speedbagging junior is priceless 😅
He also did that in the 4th movie during dinnertime!
I loved tackleberry. So over the top but the look on his face is priceless.
Good to see that even Tackleberry has standards.
Or limits.....
Tackleberry understood that all people are different, but he wasn't prepared to watch a boxing match!
Lol, poor Tackleberry looks like "What the hell have I gotten myself into? o_o" XD
I would if I saw a rough housing like that

This scene in the theater brought HUGE laughs. The way the dad was beating the son had me LMAO!
Prob. the opposite of seeing the female-cast Ghostbusters in the theatre
They took turns punching each other out!
You know you crazy anytime Tackleberry thinks you crazy lol
Wink!
That noise Dad makes with his tongue when he beats the crap out of his son kills me every time.
Okay I have to point out a damn fine acting performance. Tackleberry's facial expressions was stellar. Especially when mom calls them for dinner.
I just noticed the pictures in the room! They're hilarious!
Those pictures portray their family life!
this is one really funny scene only the 80's can do it

There are multiple things out there that will block them. If YT wants to run a crap load of adverts then the people will get annoyed enough to find ways around
Even my dad, who had almost no sense of humor, cracked up at this.
That's a relief!
I love how hilarious it is that she just laughs her head off as her father and brother beat the tar out each other.
What's scary is some families are like this. Maniacs.
For me that's the best part, even better than Tackleberry's face
Tackleberry had NO IDEA what to expect, and "maniacs" exist in ALL families!
That expression of total shock is epic 🤣
aren't they sweet...the last line itself was a punch ;)
Love how at the end the mom drags the son off by his hair lmao

He & Micheal Windslow , ( Jones,the Noisemaker)were in all 7 P.A. movies.
Michael Winslow is still alive!
Love that pic of dad on the mantle 0:44
How about the picture beside the couch at 0:33 ?
One of the funniest things here is I can't tell if Tackleberry is appalled or impressed. :)
Tackleberry is just plain shocked beyond belief!
Did anyone else notice the pictures of his daughter pointing a gun at whoever is taking the picture. What a family.
I never noticed those two pictures until reading your comment. Thanks!
There were 2 pictures of that, and I was surprised to see them, too!
Who else is doing a marathon of the Police Academy movies during Quarantine ?
Guilty as charged !
That look from Tackleberry says one of two things.
Either, "Oh my God, these people are crazy!" Or, "Oh my God, my perfect girlfriend has the perfect family!"
Not sure which it is.
In my opinion, first
both!
It seems like a combination of the two.
When a weapons expert dates the daughter of hand to hand combat experts family
tnerb tnerb trust me, he’s freaked out. I’d be too.
Funny as hell that it’s perfectly normal for Kirkland 😂😂
She grew up in that house, and she had a sense of humor!
Seeing Tackleberry being terrified of a family that is out-Tackleberrying him is just wholesome to me
Tackleberry was shocked, NOT terrified!
It's even funnier in the fourth movie, his face is priceless lmao
@LisaK71000 "You know, that was fast. (WHACK!) That's hard!" LMAO

When we watched this scene in the movie theatre, the place was deafening from the laughter. People weren't ready for this. LoL

I think this is the funniest scene in all the Police Academy Movies.
Dad Kirkland executing the Wing Chun chain punches onto Brother Kirkland's face. 😂😂
Never forget seeing that for the first time in the movie theater, literally rolling on the disgusting sticky movie theater floor with sheer laughter
When the dad speed bags his sons face 😂😂😂
He also did that in the 4th movie!
My sides hurt from laughing at this scene between Tackleberry’s facial expressions and Kirkland’s laughter.
Mine too!
I've experienced laughing hard enough to end up with a sore stomach!

The mom and the mom from Better off dead were so awesome.
When Tackleberry saw the fight start between the father and son he probably only had one thought on his mind 'And I thought My Family was crazy and Weird'.
I love the dad's expression at 1:32.
