Wow you did a wonderful job on your first sweater. It took me a year to knit my first sweater and then I had to put it together and I think it is a fail. The one arm I put on didn't match at all so I never finished it yet. Love the progress you got on your projects. My daughter lives in Texas too and she is missing the fall leaves too. I love my Ranunculus sweater. I made a burgundy one with 3/4 sleeves and yes, it is time to pull it back out! The next sweater I plan to knit is the Love Note from TinCanKnits. Beautiful fall pieces of stitching. I am working on Autumn Favorites by Shannon Christine Designs. Have a great couple of weeks and I look forward to seeing your progress.

I use one strand! I find that it's a very trust-the-process kind of a thing, it does look a bit sparse as I'm working but once the motif is finished and I look at the whole piece it looks great! But it's all personal preference!

How many strands do you use on your 36 count. I’ve had some where the black is just so thin and blotchy, but yours looks amazing.
