This is from around 1990, as Ed Enoch returned to sing lead in the Stamps Quartet, replacing Jack Toney who had been a member since the Stamps reformed in 1988. The core members of the Stamps from part of the glory days during the 1970s were reunited: J.D. Sumner, Ed Hill, and Ed Enoch. (Enoch is Sumner's son-in-law, as he was once married to J.D.'s daughter Shirley) Jerry Trammell, brother of Mark Trammell (who's sang with the Cathedrals, Gold City, Greater Vision, among other groups, and now fronts his own quartet, formerly a trio), stepped in as tenor in 1989 after Steve Warren, a onetime member of the Masters V that Sumner formed in 1980 as a consolidation of members of the Statesmen Quartet and Blackwood Brothers, took a leave of absence. Warren returned in 1990, and left again in 1993.
