Thanks to an eagle-eyed viewer I discovered a few more errors in my play. - In every situation where a worker was captured from the location with the princess, the player doing the capturing should have lost one virtue. - At 49:42, I should have taken an influence for placing a worker at the Profiteer's location.
I agree - the new solo mode in the Works of Wonder expansion drastically improved the solo experience! I had considered letting Architects go after playing Paladins and Viscounts because their solo experience was so much better than Architects. Now all 3 work well. Now I have to decide if I want to keep all 3 or focus on just one for both solo and multiplayer in my collection and let the other 2 go in order to make more room for other games.
Agreed that this is still my least favorite of the three, with Viscounts in the top spot (can't wait for the expansions!), but they all have a place in my collection for now, at least until I need money to grab something else, lol
When the AI did its first capture action and took your worker from the location with the princess, shouldn't it have lost a virtue?? Also, when you captured the AI workers from the Silversmith location where the princess was, shouldn't you have lost a virtue?? Also @48:45 Shouldn't you lose 1 virtue for capturing the AI workers at princes location? Again @49:15 when AI captures your workers from 3 locations, including the princess location... @49:42 you miss to take an influence for going to the Profiteer location. Or is there a rule exception for solo that I can't find in the rule book?
I love everything they did with.but it is now unplayable to me because of the new influence track its literally the same damn color to me the color blind player.why couldn't they use a different symbol or color.ugh

Nope, no exception, you are completely correct. I forgot all about that rule in this playthrough. Thanks for catching all of those.

Ah damn, that's too bad. I've heard Garphill doesn't have the greatest record with color blind friendliness...
