Great video bro! Just wanted to say thanks for the clutch bypass by bridging the leads of the connector! Been looking for this info and luckily stumbled across it in your video.
Interesting. I took my 2005 Civic Si EP3 to my shop couple days ago. Was told that front suspension needs to be pulled to access clutch. I was @ around 10% clutch left. I'm getting an Exedy stage 1. Should get it back next week. Can't wait.
Hi mate, did you have trouble with the clutch travel with the competition clutch? I have seen forums of adding a washer to the clutch release fork ball joint to allow for a higher biting point on the clutch. I have installed 2 of these and the bite point is to close to the floor, even when the rod is adjusted to maximum travel
I run a stage 2 comp clutch and it just failed. Was always squishy as hell from the install then on. And like you said had to be pressed too far to get it to disengage. Now mine won't disengage. Time to remove and replace.
Remove your intake housing, unclip/unbolt the clutch line running above the transmission, remove the two bolts holding the slave cylinder. Undo the line going to the slave cylinder (10 mm) and replace it.
Quick question, when pulling the transmission off do any of the dowel pins fall out or come off either from the bell housing side or the engine block side?
Hello I was wondering if you can tell me how to fix my left head light, on start it doesn't turn on I have to drive it a while to start it has gotten progressively worse. I drive an 02 rsx base silver

Yeah is really not that bad just take your time and torque the bolts properly and you'll be fine!

did you have to remove the starter?
You can realign the axle if the U joint seperates at the axle cup.Pretty easy.Just make sure the boot doesnt get torn.
Any videos on how to replace the Slave cylinder or master cylinder on the ep3, drive one today clutch felt spongey

Thanks for the info, we are inspired to make a similar video as we need to do this job also.
Was it hard to remove the starter without removing the intake manifold?
Hey how long until the turbo pulls?

Nah they kinda just stick to where they are. They are press fit for sure
Did you need to bleed it up after??
Can you show whats the right throw or travel on the clutch pedal.
There is a range that works probably based on your preference

Not step by step so many steps missed that I’m clearly finding out doing mine
You need to seriously invest in some high lumen LED work lights
Clearly no ten min job 😢😢😂
That wasnt that good of a pull ):
Yea change the name of the video of your not gonna show how to put the clutch on thanks for wasting my time
It’s not that hard to google torque specs.
