Great jam! I was looking for stuff like this to be on Anthology III and was disappointed. Worth the wait, though. Thank you for the great sound quality.
The White album really says: “Give us any style of rock and pop and even experimental music, and we will show you that we do it better than anyone else”
Crazy it went from this to the what the album version is. Just shows you how much their songs develop while they're working on them. Like for us song writers don't be afraid to ditch a version and try it another way.
sono tutti molto bravi......il genio è john lennon................l'ispiratrice è yoko...........john e yoko ci insegnano come è fatta la magia che travolge una donna ed un uomo dotati di grande anima they are all very good ...... the genius is john lennon ................ the inspirer is yoko ........... john and yoko they teach us how the magic that overwhelms a woman and a man with a great soul is made
Ask Ringo whether he was with only John and Billy ......and if John is playing solo guitar synced to his melody ....... would be interresting to get an answer from Sir Ringo 😀🥁
John and Billy are of course fantastic, but here I want to highlight Ringo's supportive and supremely musical drums which makes me speechless. No wonder Paul counted Ringo as one of the best drummers that he has ever met, along with Keith Moon and John Bonham.
If Billy was allowed to join the band on a permanent basis like John, George, and Ringo wanted, who knows what the next decade would have brought. Sir Paul wanted none of it.
And what a shame. Paul figured they were breaking up anyways, but imagine if they continued into the 70s with Billy on keys...unreal. Not even Zeppelin would’ve been able to touch them
John brought it up, Paul said two things about it: Billy's week with the band (by that point) was not enough tenure to grant him full membership, and (apparently going through a tense period), he felt it was hard enough having 4 members in the band, it'd be even harder with 5. They were an established 'act'. Adding another member at that point of their career would have been silly. Sure, Billy added a great vibe to the band's music, but it would have prolonged the inevitable split.
George Harrison seemed to be the expert on personal dynamics within the Beatles and how to alleviate tension when it was becoming impossible to work together, which is why he invited Billy Preston to record with them. To quote George, “It’s interesting to see what happens when you bring a guest in because the others don’t want them to know they’re so bitchy.”
hi i love your work! Wanted to know if these the early beatles songs could someday be remastered by you. Here some exemples: "One and One Is Two" "From a Window" "Nobody I Know" "Like Dreamers Do" "I'll Keep You Satisfied" "Love of the Loved" "Tip of My Tongue" "I'm in Love" "Hello Little Girl" "That Means a Lot" "It's for You" "A World Without Love" "Bad to Me" "I Don't Want to See You Again" "I'll Be on My Way" Cayenne, One After 909, Cry For A Shadow etc
Billy Preston had to have a smile on his face the whole time there. This version should've been made into a song with Billy singing with John. Awesome
Haha....It’s no wonder the Beatles loved Billy Preston so much.
This is a fantastic version! I love Billy’s playing and vocals. This should have been worked on and released - a fabulous funky song!
It was finished. It ended up with just George and his guitar and some bottom?
@@eighthgate1420 pretty sure he specificslly meant this version
everybody knows the finished song is on abbey road
@@jonasrmb01 Exactly 🙄
Billy is on the AR version too
Commeercial experts like G Martin knew the market. @@jonasrmb01
Damn... this is so damn cool! I love finding things like this that i have never heard!!!
What a funky yet rocking version.
More fun than hemorrhoids
Yay!! Thank you very much Red Hector, this is great! Groovy piano!

Wow! I love this. Alternate versions of Beatles music by the Beatles are amazing!
Extraordinario registro, increíble lo que podían inventar...no paran de sorprender...y Ringo siempre llevando el ritmo.
Thanks for your efforts Red Hector ! ;)
Whomever had the idea of slowing it down made all the difference.
Thanks for posting these mate, always a pleasure!
As is usual with The Beatles they turn a decent jam into something great on record. Obviously I prefer the Abbey Road album version.
Actually this up tempo version is a bit catchy compared to the long drawn out version that seemed endless when I first heard it back in 69-70
wonderful!!! what feelin'!
Absolute amazing song!!!
Its drivin me mad . Great and groovy as heck🎶🎶
I Love the piano 🎹❤️
The Beatles were capable of playing all styles of music
The White album really says: “Give us any style of rock and pop and even experimental music, and we will show you that we do it better than anyone else”
That’s Billy Preston making it sound all jazzy with his vocals and piano.
@@Eirran2 very well put!
They most excelled at the cha cha cha

This should have a million likes. How do musicians do this?!

My 10 year old daughter kept sing I want yoo-hoo lol...😂🤷🏻 Kids. I'm like mummy get us some yoo-hoo please from the fridge.
Wow, the Beatles had some funk to them after all.
That's about how bad/good me and my friends sound writing or practicing a new tune. :)

Shades of Ray Charles!
