That is an awesome outfit and that quadtrac really handles it without appearing to struggle at all. It's really amazing how maneuverable it is given its size!
Thank you for your channel and all of your hard work. Because of your channel my 2 year old son and I can both enjoy tractors which I love and grew up around.
That is youtube. They run ads every 7 minutes of play. So if you watched a video on another channel you might see no ads on a video here. It would recommend hitting skip.
Effective, efficient farming. Nutrient stratification can be seen alot in dry years or dry times in season. Moisture can be at 8 inches but bone dry on top. Thanks for showing some true stewardship of the land in a different form!!
Just a tad of humor... Lowering the auger down... as opposed to lowering it up... Or raising the auger up... as opposed to raising down... Just a thought...
There are a few of those 1Trpr's around here but I've never seen a 3pt mounted one , they are incredibly heavy but that's a really big tractor !! The ones here put on anhydrous at the same time !! Had those stalks had some other tillage done or was it a chopping corn head ? Thanks for the video !
Did the farm run a stomper on the combine to work down the stalks? The residue seems broken up really uniformly already, more than the normal grain cart traffic would do. Also wanted to let you know I really enjoyed this video, comprehensive and informative. Cheers!
My neighbor runs that same model tractor, the big down side to running Case/I.H.in this area is there isn't any dealer support. It's about a 1-hour drive one way to the dealership, then another hour back. John Deere is everywhere though,I have a dealer that's walking distance from my house..(4.5 miles)
We're will all this end or better phrase maybe will it lead to I think strip tilling is a great idea and I use to think about that 30 years ago like why are we ripping up all this soil for a narrow row of corn or beans maybe i should have done something about my idea A but I'm sure the big companies were already any nice video and the one the other day of the JD was cool that thing looked aggressive

Those 1trippers are a great idea. I like how the planter follows up the same line. great innovation. liked the vid.
Me and the 2 year old boy liked it since this is one of his favorite tractors.
Nice setup and plenty of horsepower to spare. 👍🌾
I would say they are evenly matched at that 6 mph speed. The weight of the fertilizer soaks up power.

AOC disapproves of this message...TOO MUCH FOSSIL FUEL HORSEPOWER....Another great video.
Big Iron Interesting how farmers decide on the type of machinery to perform tasks needed. Nice camera work, following tillage tool bar. Enjoyable🚜👍🎅🎄
Looks like corn was cut by chopping corn head at harvest time. Great video 👍👍
There are some farmers doing that type of tillage in Ontario canada as well . 👍👌
That is a wicked setup!
That’s a very smart system that must save a lot On the compaction of your field and all the time and my money spent on and compacting it
Could something be done about getting the ads out of this video?????????

Also love the stream and love that tractor
Orthman is a great strip till machine
Beast💪🏻
Very nice, like the wagon with steerable wheels to follow the tractor tracks

It's a beast of a 🚜
Don't like the muffler though.
Nice video as always btp......... 👍👍
It’s a big muffler but you can hardly see inside the cab.
Nice rig !!
3 point hitch on a big tractor like the Quadtrac is pretty rare.
Nice looking equipment 👍

No stomper. The Orthman is running on the rows of stalks plowing them out rather than running between them.
Thanks for sharing and if you can try to tell the torque the motor is producing.
Very good your videos my friend! Make some videos of Claas Xerion 5000 and its maneuvering system!
What he said below!
Very cool video. My tractor porn needs have been met today!
That is a fascinating tillage machine. It kinda looks like the tires on the commodity cart steer. Do they?
It looks like they do.
Do they plant in the same place as the year before like corn on corn and also does that trailer with the tractor tires on the back still compact
Case ih an challenger to me or the under dogs of the farming industry
Case IH is number two in tractor sales in North America. They do well. Challenger has great products.

Man ye dont see any of these bigger tractors with 3pt here on the Prairies.
