Seems like the amounts may be incorrect in the ingredient list? 30ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce + 60ml (4 tbsp) yakisoba sauce + a few pinches of salt would be a bit too salty for 120g noodles, shrimp, and the accompanying mix of vegetables. That's well over 4000mg sodium from the soy sauce and yakisoba sauce alone.

Did almost exactly your recipe and I'm not sorry to say that the lemon was not very adequate regrettably. And I can't fix it... :((
